I am getting this error once I saved my file in atom

please let me know the solution I am using WAMP in Window 64 bit.

is strange, this is only happen when u save a file?

the problem of php could not be spawned normally is when php binary is no in the environment path, can u test if in ur terminal when u run php -v print the php version u have installed
