doggos despawn after a bit of time

i choose to spawn 24 doggo. at first they spawned around me, but after 10-15 seconds they just dissappear

Doggos despawn if they're not yours. You have to tame them and then ideally lock them into a cage of some sorts.

but when they spawn , i already can open their inventory which means already tamed by me , isnt it
