how to launch ORDB node

Can anyone tell me how to launch ORDB node ? And in node-tor.js global.one_OR={ip:'37.59.47.27',port:0,wsport:8051,fing:'',o_modulus:'',name:'Tor Bridge 1'}; what does "o_modulus" stand for ?
