[Calendar] error on textbox with month

Issue and Steps to Reproduce

When you type the date in the testbox, you cannot type all the digits on month (example for the month of January with '01', it is displayed '1'). Same when trying to delete.

En fr Lorsque je fais une saisie manuelle, pour le mois, je ne peux saisir le 0 du mois de janvier et la date devient ex 01/1/2020. Lorsque je veux vider le champs manuellement, je suis bloqué sur le dernier caractère
