[Date][Proposal] Merge the two components

Issue and Steps to Reproduce

Hi,

There are two components about dates :

• https://github.com/AxaGuilDEv/react-toolkit/tree/master/packages/Form/Input/date-phone
• https://github.com/AxaGuilDEv/react-toolkit/tree/master/packages/Form/Input/date

It could be difficult to choose the one to one, so may be in a next version we could merge the two components in one component ?
