Blur not applied on wallpaper behind the dock and bar.

Description

At the very top and very bottom, blur is not applied to the wallpaper.

Expected Behavior

Blur applied to whole screen.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable Blur on Overview.
  2. Use dock and floating (auto hiding) dank bar.
  3. Go to overview
