It's a bit awkward with how few elements Wi-Fi and VPN pickers show

In the quick settings panel, the Wi-Fi picker shows ~3 networks and the VPN picker shows ~3 VPNs. This is awkward in public places where you have a million Wi-Fis, and if you have 6+ configured VPNs (I have this for different university networks, etc.)

I'm not saying this should expand the dialog all the way to full screen height—that would be awkward for a different reason (controls jumping around). But maybe show them in a pop-up or something, idk.
