Very Bad Network Enhancement — Allow for custom Network Speed Control parameters

I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement for the “Very Bad Network” simulation mode. It would be extremely useful to have the ability to customize the network parameters, such as: • Bandwidth (uplink/downlink) • Packet drop percentage • Latency (delay in ms)

While the current preset works well for general use, having granular control over these values would allow developers to simulate a wider range of network conditions more accurately, depending on their app’s target regions or specific edge cases.
