Persist Zoom/ XOffset / YOffset setting on a per file basis when using Comparing feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When you have multiple design files, sometimes they are not guaranteed to have some size or settings. So oftentimes I use X Offset and Y Offset + Zoom to tweak to make sure it's pixel aligned with what's in the simulator. However when switching between files, the last-set value will be used for the new file. If you change the values and switch back to the original file, the values stay the same, then you have to reset those value manually again.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice if the settings are persisted on a per file basis so one can tweak correctly on each file without interfering each other.
