Feature request: Record mic audio with screen recordings

I would like to be able to record narration when recording a video of the simulator.

System audio might be selected on the settings screen similarly to how the simulator audio can be included.

I've used QuickTime, which works fine, but is not as integrated and does not do as nice a job.
