Localized messages are broken in general for snapped confined applications and since Ubuntu 24 for normal applications

Since Ubuntu 24 localized text inside dialog is shown as squares. This renders your project useless for localized applications aimed for linux world.

Before Ubuntu 24 on Ubuntu 23 the problem described above was happening for appliocations in snaps. Snaps are new ugly way to package ubuntu applications that gathers lots of interest. But its extremely buggy and unfriendly towards programmers. Anyway squares were shown for snapped apps using the dialog you provide.
