Joy_teleop is not publishing to cmd_vel
It seems like there's a issue about the current config file for Teleoperation. When the message_value: is assigned to empty brackets "[ ]" joy_teleop node does not publish the values to cmd_vel. It's not this repo's problem but for anyone can't get managed to work, issue mentioned here and upstream fix seems to work. https://github.com/ros-teleop/teleop_tools/issues/57
