Mavlink mission item executed not working

Hello, Has the mavlink state mission item executed topic and parameter (CommonMavlinkStateMissonItemExecuted) been successfully tested or run successfully? I have enabled it through the driver configuration paramters and when I subscribe to the topic and run a mavlink flight plan on the Bebop 2 nothing is published.

This information is extremely important for me to make the next step I make in my research easier.
