No retry of Posting in case of Error on remote server

Quick summary

It seems, that there is no mechanism to retry to send a post to a remote server, if there is an error during delivery. the Posts are kind of a UDP - send and hope for the best. This way Posts may get lost or not send to all subscribers of the blog.

To resend the post has to be updated - which retriggers a send.

Steps to reproduce

1. Publish a post
2. Remote server (of subscriber) has a problem during delivery
3. Post never shows up for the User

What you expected to happen

Retry to send the post - i.e. requeue it somewhere

What actually happened

Nothing - which is the problem
