Lynx: Initial commit.

This is an initial commit of the Lynx theme. This theme will be used as a part of a tailored use cases project to store patterns and styles to create a "link in bio" style site.

I generated it off of Block Canvas, but the templates and theme.json are copied from the Lettre theme. For the moment the theme includes only one pattern - others will be added later.
