Multiple themes: Quote blocks indistinguishable from paragraph blocks

This is specific to the editor view and not published or preview views.

Steps to replicate

  1. Open a site with Nucleare theme
  2. Add a post or page with paragraphs and quotes
  3. Stay in the editor

Result

You can't distinguish paragraph and quotes from each other.

Expected
