Add Material You/Dynamic Theming

What problem does this address?

Since Material You was announced, dynamic theming has been a selling point I look for in new applications. A dynamic theme for Pocket Casts would allow it to integrate more seamlessly into the overall look and feel of the device, but also provide a more personalize experience for the users.

What is your proposed solution?

Migrate to material3 components for Android 12+ devices that support dynamic theming or integrate a library like MonetCompat for broader device integration.
