Quick summary

The site title/link currently has a larger font size compared to regular paragraph text. They both should have the same font size, with the site title in bold to improve the hierarchy.

1. Add a Blogroll block.
2. View the post/page.
3. Observe the site title font size and font weight

What you expected to happen

The site title should have the same font weight as a regular paragraph for that theme in particular. Now it seems to be bigger.

What actually happened

The site title should render similar to the proposed solution above.
