Slideshow: With autoplay enabled, images appear 'stuck' to the mouse

Issue:

With autoplay enabled for a slideshow, images appear 'stuck' to the mouse in the editor.

To replicate, with a slideshow added to a post and set to autoplay, select the block and then move the mouse over to the settings sidebar. You'll notice images appear to follow the mouse (and this disrupts the autoplay in the editor - not live).

I can replicate on simple, and could on an initial test on Atomic but not subsequently. Have not been able to replicate at all on self-hosted.
