Activation prevents serving of Link Manager's OPML feed

There appears to be a bug caused by WP Super Cache v1.4.9 with Links Manager. With caching off, I get the appropriate OPML feed typically served at example.com/wp-links-opml.php.

However, if I turn caching on, I only get the date/time stamp (presumably the one that is generated in the tag for <dateCreated>) and nothing else.

Running self-hosted 4.8. Clean install with no other plugins activated.
