Grainy Gradients
Adding noise makes otherwise solid colors or smooth gradients, such as shadows, more realistic. But despite designers’ affinity for texture, noise is rarely used in web design.

Implementation
Implementing this could be as simple as adding a toggle to the existing gradient picker.

This might be irrelevant but it's important to think about how themes can include these filters with a fallback in case the plugin is not active/installed, since themes in the .org directory shouldn't require plugins to be installed, but we can still include a way for the user to grab the plugin if the theme is making use of it in the templates or Global Styles.
