Strange behaviour in IE7

Moving the antiscroll scrollbar works and move the original IE scrollbar.

Oh wow. I wonder if it's simply resolved setting a width to the inner container.

I tried a few things and your suggestion successfully bring the antiscroll-bar on top of the IE scrollbar. This IE scrollbar doesn't disappear :(.
