Native scrollbar not being hidden in Chrome 25 on Windows

Seems to have same issue here. the native scroll doesnot hide on latest chrome 25

This is fixed in https://github.com/LearnBoost/antiscroll/pull/47 - just waiting on the PR to be accepted.

Looks like #47 has been merged.
