Added "Inspect Meta" row action

Hi There, I found this very useful for dev work, but wanted to see the meta data without editing the post. So I added an "Inspect Meta" row action that loads the meta data in a modal.

~~In addition, added a row action on the users as well to see user meta data.~~

  • user meta viewing is out of scope of the plugin so removed it.
