AJAX edit editorial metadata from the Edit Posts and Story Budget views

For editorial metadata fields that are "visible", it would be nice to be able to edit those fields with a bit of AJAX

This is partially solved by #59. Functionality for editing editorial metadata from the calendar is now available (with ajax!). I'm punting this issue to v0.8.1 for the time being. Implementing this functionality for the story budget should be the logical next step and may end up being part of v0.8.1 or later.
