Sidenav on IE 11 adds extra space at the bottom

When you have more than 15 L2 items in the side nav, there is extra white space at the bottom of the nav in IE11.

This is possibly because of the overflow property bug in IE11 when text is used in svgs

Seems like this has been fixed in Edge
