Use processor count for number of default workers on Apple targets

Newer iPhones and iPads have 6 cores, current MacBooks 10. This change will use as much workers as there are processors. See issue #96.

On my MacBook Pro with 10 cores I see that only 4 of them are used. I guess this is because the number of workers is not configurable and set...
