feature suggestion: switch dark mode on single click

Open Stehawe opened this issue 3 years ago • 9 comments

Would it be possible to create a switch, which change the behaviour of the system tray icon? switch off = behaviour like now, left click on system tray icon opens program gui, to switch dark mode right click and select in menu switch on = left click on system tray icon switches dark mode directly, right click to open menu and select open program

I would prefer the last behaviour, since I switch dark mode often but I don't need to configure the program that often. This would improve usability (at least for me ;) )

We have hotkeys that implement that functionality for instantly switching the theme. Currently no plans to modify the tray icon behavior, sorry.

Upvoting this suggestion. I would rather click the tray icon to toggle modes than have to remember and use a hotkey.
