这两个内容经常轮换，好几次提交都提示 .idea/GitCommitMessageStorage.xml 有变更

.idea/GitCommitMessageStorage.xml 这是插件的模板存储数据。

.idea 是不应该被提交到git的，你应该往 .gitignore 添加忽略.idea
