Option to select existing payment profile

If the customer has a payment profile already saved to their account, is there suppose to be an option to select that existing payment profile to make a payment? I have a example customer with a credit card saved to their account and I don't see where I can select that CC to make a payment. I have to enter the CC info for each payment.
