Prevent players from abusing /register and /unregister to gain infinite "newbie" resources.

My server is in offline mode. Some players can /unregister, log in with the same nickname (like Bodyash and bOdyash) - register again and use /register, /kit - and endless profit.

There is any config, to prevent this?

Yeah, just enable preventOtherCases ;)

Quick, ugly fix: remove permission to /unregister from users. They shouldn't need it often. If they do, they'll have to contact an admin.

Would like to keep this open to investigate "account freezing" or something. This is an issue many plugin users fight with; not sure how to tackle it.
