wstunnel 转发远程服务器支持

目前面板的 wstunnel 仅支持转发到服务端自身的端口，即 wstunnel --server wss://0.0.0.0:443 -r 127.0.0.1:22，希望添加对非 127.0.0.1 远程服务的支持，谢谢。
