List of all loading issues

Initial load means clear cache/state. Users should see markets fairly quickly and accurately when loading Augur, but in many cases they don't, see below:

• [x] 0x crashes on load sometimes
• [ ] Some custom markets with volume aren't showing OI or the custom market warning upon initial load rarely
• [ ] UI sometimes never loads on iOS
• [ ] Site loads 7 markets sometimes on initial load, then if you refresh you'll see all 30
• [ ] Says 0 no markets found for a while when initially / 1st loading sometimes, it shouldn't say 0.
• [ ] Market list not loading markets or cards on sdk ready sometimes
• [ ] Markets list loads forever sometimes even after initial load when going back to it from another page in the UI (e.g. when on another page click on markets at top left or back button when on a market page)
• [ ] In reporting and resolved weren't showing any markets despite saying there should be 2 in in-reporting and 1 in resolved. Only a hard refresh fixed this. Seen someone else also mention this in discord

• [ ] Unchecked runtime.lastError: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist. rarely occurs when hot loading a market with not signed in using Metamask (Metamask is locked but user was signed in before) (noted in #8911)
• [x] cannot read property route of undefined then page goes white “I think that error is the UI trying to call sdk before it's ready prob when user has bell alerts.” from Tom H. (closed in #8862 / v2.1.8 )

We should confirm all of these with the Augur Subgraph stuff just so we know the state.
