user added liquidity and avg price calc is incorrect

added liquidity to existing AMM Yes/NO .33/.67

999659999 / 507463 = 1969.917016610078

cashValue / netShares should give avg price, I would expect the user's "No" Shares to be avg price of 0.67 but got 0.20 (after rounding up from .1969
