new option : window.centered H only

On mobile devices responsive pages, window.centered option prevent typing in most textbox when virtual keyboard is open. Option entered=false help, but the window is not horizontaly centered (H=0, Y=0) so it's not very nice. So adding an option with Y=0 an H centered could be useful. Anyway, good job :)
