Remove use_sdk_purchase_track and use_sdk_purchase_album feature flags

Description

I believe this solves PAY-3184 as well - that bug seems to be somehow the purchase going through the claimable tokens program directly to the artist, bypassing the payment router program. I think the only way that happens is somehow the purchaseContentType is not track or the feature flag is turned off somehow.

How Has This Been Tested?

Purchased a staging track using existing balance.
