Extinguishing flames

Ability to extinguish flames by dipping items in water, fountains, etc.

And flames should be extinguished if the player is in water with the ability to swim.

Getting stained with liquids you swim in would in general be interesting. We could have pools with special effects, if you dare to take a dip. :)
