Box shadow property in styles panel

Explanation:

These are frequently needed styles. Need in Atri-Labs/atri-website as well.

• As of now, it should be part of the Border section in the style panel.
• User can add more than one box shadow.
• Each box shadow entry has six fields
  1. h-offset - size input
  2. v-offset - size input
  3. blur - size input
  4. spread - size input
  5. color - color palette button
  6. inset - toggle button

@darshitac11 can you please provide the design for this? It should be Figma style. The user clicks on "+" to add a new shadow effect. User can click "+" more than once on a component because a component can have more than one box shadow.
