If you do systemctl enable --now in the RPM check for chroot

I got the 2.7.1 RPM from atoptool.nl and in some of our environment, we use a chroot when installing RPMs.

You should not start a service in the installing RPM in my opinion, but if you must, I recommend you test whether you're in a chroot.

I still thing the most polite thing is to not do -- now. only: systemctl enable atop
