Create setups with various triplestores

Fuseki is easy to config and setup as a Docker container, but we could make multiple setups with various other triplestores in docker-compose.yml: https://github.com/semantalytics/awesome-semantic-web#databases

First step would be to find the existing Docker images for them and figure out the configuration and the endpoint URLs.
