Laptop keeps boot looping

Description
I downloaded atlas yesterday windows 11 and I was using it give and today I open the laptop and it opens but the screen isn't showing anything and it starts open for like 40 second then closes then opens again and it repeats
Steps to reproduce
Open laptop
Expected behavior
That it opens and boots into windows
Actual behavior
It keeps closing and opening like stated before

I5-11300h 16gb ram ddr4 Rtx 3050 laptop Samsung SSD I think

I've pressed and held down the power button for 60 seconds and then try to open it and still didn't work
I believe this was not caused by Atlas, can you open your BIOS or menu boot? Just to make sure that your computer can start up normally.
