addition to bit-filter-seqs-by-length

right now it reports what percent of the initial sequences were retained, but it'd be nice if it also reported what percent of the initial bases were retained (so it were less shocking when 93% of contigs from an assembly are dropped, but it's likely they were all super-tiny))
