Feed rate and flow rate

Hi. Would be very usefull if users could change printing speed (rate) and flow rate. These are not advanced features (maybe flow rate only) and are very usefull. Printing speed (feed rate) are set using "M220 S". If you set "M220 S150", means that printing speed is 150%.....50% more than 'normal' speed setup in current GCode. This feature is available in every printing program, including cura, pronterface, Repetier. The control could be a slider, like those for temperature. Also, the value could be anything up and down.....ex: 23%, 247%, etc...

The flow rate controls rate of filament and works the same way, but I agree that only advanced users should use this one. The GCode is "M221 S".

Both of these codes are 'generic' and works on all firmwares.
