正在刷新时，上下滑动不会让下拉刷新视图跟着滑动

使用SwipeToLoadLayout嵌套RecyclerView时，正在刷新的时候，如果上下滑动RecyclerView，刷新视图悬浮在RecyclerView上，不会跟着滑动，有办法解决这个问题吗？
