activity中onCreate()中post代码setRefreshing(true)触发下拉刷新，迅速连击屏幕，此时刷新头缩了回去，onRefresh的回调也取消了，但是再次下拉时，出现了问题：小幅度下拉，刷新头缩了回去，但是onRefresh依然回调

估计的第一次setRefreshing(true)时需要post，这段时间会受到触摸的影响。增加个标志，post时，同时不允许拦截事件就行了
