多线程下载时强退应用，重新打开应用重新下载，断点进度出错

就是在下载过程中，如果强退应用以后，再打开应用点击下载，进度会出问题，比强退时的进度要靠前，比如强退时进度为50，再打开开始下载进度为30或者比五十小的任意数，这个怎么解决呢？
