Quick 'n Dirty features

1. I've added a 'notbuilt' face for inaugural jenkins builds. This happens here at work a lot because we have a 'release' build whenever we start a new release cycle, and it may not get built.

2. I've added an 'open' routine, that uses the browse-url function to go to the job in question, and bound it to the Return key. Just a quick little convenience for me (but I'd prefer pulling failure statuses directly).
