Features I would love to see in the future

1. Set default browser/app or reader for particular feeds or tags
2. Card thumbnail for the feed like feeder or feedme
3. Add feed (+), Sync, and settings buttons at bottom
4. Right and left swipe to switch between menus (stared, unread, all)
