No blocks will connect to the 4-way intersection on Puzzle 7

Puzzle 7 "Little condo by the sea";

1. Drag the first two blocks to the helipad
2. Drag the 4-way intersection block to the first position
3. Nothing will connect to the 4-way intersection?

Hmm, thanks for reporting this one. Are you referring to this configuration?

It seemed sort of reasonable that doesn't work because the 4-way intersection is no longer the "last block" in the chain...

Specifically, I was in a state where the intersection was placed first, and nothing would attach to it on any of the three open sides. I cannot reproduce that today, so far; the intersection is allowing a block to be placed on its north-east face.
