Icons can't be downloaded

Seems the commands "identify" and "convert" are neither in the ubuntu nor the alpine image

Using server icon from https://url from my img ..
/spigot_init.sh: line 187: identify: command not found
Converting image to 64x64 PNG...
/spigot_init.sh: line 192: convert: command not found
